SUNDAYS | 10AM | MINDFUL FLOW

with Jade Jamrozy

This class incorporates a blend of Kundalini Yoga movements, combined with Vinyasa Yoga transitions and gentle Yin Yoga stretch poses.

It has been thoughtfully created to assist you in releasing pent-up energy while fostering a deeper connection with the natural flow of your day, allowing for both physical and mental rejuvenation.

All-levels class.


TUESDAYS | 4:30PM | YIN YOGA + MFR

with Annie Harbison

YIN + Multi Fascial Release (60MIN) is a blended class joining therapeutic, deep stretching w/ self-massage & trigger point therapy. In yin we hold passive poses for at least 3 to 20 mins to target your fascial network. Trigger point work aims to ease tension & unwind sticky tissue like a deep tissue massage, supporting vital flow of Chi.

Any level welcome. Self-massage kits, blocks, small pillows, and blankets are provided.

Please bring a bolster/large pillow.


TUESDAYS | 6:30PM | QIGONG

QIGONG (60 Min) w/MARA ROSARIA

(pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, involving coordinated movements, breathing, ad meditation to promote health and well-being by optimizing the flow of “qi”(vital energy).

The movements in Qigong are low-impact and easy on the joints and muscles. The movement is not fast enough to increase the heart rate, which means it does not serve as cardiovascular exercise. Instead, the main benefits are encouraging the flow of Qi, or energy, and improving circulation, balance, spinal alignment, and strength. No weights are used in a Qigong class. Strength is built by engaging the whole body in gentle movements. These movements also encourage muscle control.

Mara will guide you through these meditative movements to help prevent stagnation of the body’s energy, which is thought to lead to health issues. Bring water bottle and mat. All levels welcome!


WEDNESDAYS | 6:30PM | SOUNDBATH

This Soundbath holds space for you in a frequency where you can relax your nervous system and release any energy in your magnetic body that needs to move on. Through my study of Reiki and my knowledge of energy, I am able to help guide you through your evening with the energy of sound, and hold energetic space for you to allow yourself to feel calm, centered, and rejuvenated.

Soundbaths consist of different sound frequencies that help our body vibrate energy through sound. These frequencies promote relaxation and influence the body on a cellular level by affecting energy flow. Different frequencies of sound can have varying effects on the body, with low frequencies impacting deeper tissues and higher frequencies influencing the nervous system more directly.

Bring mat, water bottle, and any blankets, pillows, eye masks to help make you comfortable.

(60 MIN) This Vinyasa class is a non-heated class designed for a dynamic, energetic style of yoga that links breath to movement while flowing through a sequence of poses to build strength, flexibility, balance while providing a meditative energizing experience.

Perfect way to help guide you through the energy of the month! Get familiar with the astrological season with Emily guiding you on what all these transits, signs, trines, squares…etc means!! Ask questions and help yourself plan around the energy of each month.

Emily will be discussing the sun season and what that means along with significant astrology transits that will be occurring this month!

Attendees will receive take home resources and relevant homework to encourage ongoing connection w/astrology.

This class will be held 1x a month at 12noon and 6:30pm. (Check schedule for calendar dates each month)

SUNDAY (1x month) |11:30AM | RESTORATIVE YOGA

with Jean Strickland

A deeply relaxing yoga practice that uses props to support the body in gentle, passive poses held for extended periods. It encourages deep relaxation, allowing both body and mind to unwind. Its a great way to start your Sunday.
