With a passion for fostering both tranquility and vitality, I've dedicated over a decade to the art of wellness. My journey within the wellness industry has been a dynamic exploration, guided by a belief that stress is the foundation of many ailments and imbalances.  In my private practice, I specialize in an array of modalities aimed at restoring balance and promoting well-being and a sense of inner harmony. From restorative massage and lymphatic drainage therapy to energetic healing and yoga and therapeutic movement, I offer a comprehensive approach to offer healing to your mind, body, and spirit.

JADE JAMROZY

KUNDALINI YOGA, VINYASA YOGA, MEDITATION, YIN YOGA

Jade found her love for yoga over a decade ago. Since then she has become a lifelong student and pursued her RYT200 with Leigh Mallis. Yoga school was a transformative experience and inspired her to share her love for yoga with others. Her career has been primarily beauty focused and merging the internal and external beauty quickly became her passion. Through a mixture kundalini, vinyasa, yin, and meditation Jade hopes to help others learn to connect with their bodies, move their energy, and have some tools to regulate their nervous system.

NICOLE BOWEN

Her classes provide a range of transformative experiences designed to help individuals strengthen both their nervous systems and their physical bodies. Join her on a journey toward better health and well-being, where movement becomes a source of strength and peace.
