ANNIE HARBISON

YIN YOGA, VINYASA YOGA, SLOW FLOW, RESTORATIVE YOGA, MFA, MEDITATION

She loves the dance between movement and stillness. Movement created space in her body to express, process, release what she couldn’t with words. And stillness provided sanctuary to quiet and listen. Together they allowed her to tap into her own freedom. For Annie, practicing yoga is more than just creating shapes on a yoga mat; it’s about transformation, connecting through your senses, and deeply listening to the stirrings happening within. It’s a space to play, listen, and come alive. She teaches vinyasa and yin styles, highly focused on creating more mobility in the body and calm in the mind. Annie aims to help you breathe, move, and rest intentionally.  Her classes are for beginners and advanced and everyone in between. Annie trained at Peachtree Yoga Center and Caribe Yoga Academy. Her teaching practice has taken her around the Southeast, Central America, and Europe. Annie is also a licensed massage therapist focused on rebalancing the nervous system, toning your energetic field, and rejuvenating your physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
