This is like having your own personal horoscope in person. This is a LIVE monthly astrology class that will guide you through the energy of the month by getting familiar with the signs, transits, retrogrades, full moon, and new moon info.

1hr Sound bath to help you with the newer frequencies that we are living in. This will help you clear your energy, revitalize your nervous system, and center yourself. All while laying comfortably on a yoga mat and absorbing the sounds of crystal sound bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and various other soothing sound frequencies. *Not included in class packages
YIN YOGA + SOUND BATH
4/26/25 | 6:30PM-8:30PM | YIN YOGA + REIKI SOUND BATH w/ Annie Harbison + Jenn Streck - w/Annie Harbison + Jenn Streck - Utilize this class to relax + release. Starting w/Yin Yoga flow w/Annie. Yin Yoga is a slow paced style yoga that focuses on passive stretches & targets deep connective tissue, then immediately transition into lying on your mat for absorbing the sounds of crystal sound bowls, ocean drums, chimes, & various other soothing frequencies. Both practices w/help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
*Bring any props for yoga, yoga mat, water bottle, and anything you need for the sound bath to help you feel comfortable. (ie:blankets, pillows, eye masks,etc) *Not included in class packages
A HEALING CIRCLE + SOUND BATH | for Moms in Waiting w/Jean Strickland

This class is created to hold a supportive space for women navigating or who have experienced fertility challenges so you can feel seen, held, and surrounded by others who truly understand. Guided by Jean Strickland, the class includes a restorative yoga practice to nurture the Sacral + Heart chakras, accompanied by meditation, and ending with a 45-minute sound bath by Jenn Streck, and time to connect and journal. Please bring yoga mat, water bottle, and journal.*Not included in class packages
